Bill Burke
  Bill burke was born in 1971 in USA. Burke is also one of the Java champions. Burke graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.C.S. from Northeastern University in Boston in 1994. Burke started implementing middleware when he was introduced to DCE at the same time when he was at the parent company of Open Environment Corporation. After some time Bill worked as a core member of the Orbix2000 team at Iona. There, Bill helped them to build some of their CORBA products.

After Iona, Bill was building a big J2EE application at an Internet startup when he was introduced to JBoss. Burke was heavily involved with clustering, EJB container, and Jboss’s Aspect-Oriented Middleware as a lead developer or chief architecture. Including all of this Burke sits on the EJB 3.0 expert committee as JBoss Inc.'s representative. 

Burke is a well known author. He is one of the co-author of O'Reilly's "JBoss 3.2 Workbook" as well as he has many in-print and on-line publications.
