Fabiane Bizinella Nardon

Fabiane Bizinella Nardon is one of the famous personalities in java technical field. She was selected as Java Champion by Sun Microsystems in 2006. She was also awarded by the Duke's Choice Award for "The City of São Paulo Integrated Patient Scheduling System" and for her work in the Brazilian Healthcare java projects in 2005 and the Special Jury Award at Simagine awarded her as a SDN Community Champion for an application based on mobile phone named "Virtual Health Pet" in Apr '06.

As far as the education goes, Fabiane completed her BSc degree in Computer Science from Passo Fundo University in 1993. After that she joined Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul for Master degree in Computer Science and completed it in 1996. Fabiane did her PhD course in the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo in 2003. She has also worked for UNESCO on the J2EE Platform. Fabiane presented developers conference for JavaPolis in 2005.

Currently Fabiane is working as a CTO in VIDATIS, the Company is a Brazilian Healthcare Information Systems provider. She  is responsible for all technological aspects of large distributed projects there.
